100% Financing on Rural Homes

Believe it or not, there is still 100% financing out there available for certain income levels and certain types of homes. Many homes in Hillsborough County qualify for this USDA Rural Housing program.  Scroll to the bottom of this page to plug in any address to see if it qualifies as a rural home.  Many communities, including the popular Fishhawk Ranch area, are considered "rural".  Even many of the new construction homes in Fishhawk Ranch qualify!

If your income for a 1 person income family is below $49,550, or with 2 incomes, $56,600, you may qualify for this program.  You must also have a credit score of at least 580.  To find out if you qualify, fill out our Get Pre-Approved form and in the comments, tell us that you are interested in the USDA Rural Development program and our lender will contact you to find out if you qualify.  With this program you can bring little to no money down to closing, and roll your closing costs into the loan.
